Kamp KACE is a special summer camp experience for children - kindergarten through senior high school - who have cancer. Brothers and sisters are also invited to attend.

Our Mission
It is the mission and purpose of Kamp KACE to provide a camping experience for children with cancer and their siblings in an outdoor environment.

A Time of Fun & Friendship
Kamp KACE allows children with cancer to experience something that they would not otherwise have a chance to do. Children whose activities must be curtailed and monitored because of treatment find a sense of freedom and wonder at Kamp KACE.

The children live, work, and play with other children who have similar health care needs and experiences. Sharing such experiences helps the campers form solid friendships that are maintained throughout the year and can be reaffirmed again at camp the following year. This interaction with others allows Kamp KACE campers to draw strength and courage from their newly found friends.

The campers' health and safety are top priorities at Kamp KACE. Pediatric oncologists from Dakota Clinic / Innovis and from MeritCare / Roger Maris Cancer Center and oncology nurses are on duty at all times to provide on-site medical care.

We are the grateful recipients of a grant from Cully's Kids,  the Cullen Children's Foundation.
